Who's Who

Who's Who at Morley School

Morley Primary is a small school with 3 mixed age classes.  Our children spend at least 2 years with each of their teachers.  Our staff delight in seeing how eager the children are to come to school each morning.

Morley staff won an award for excellence in the Pearson National Teaching awards in 2016. This is because they are all amazing, and work incredibly hard to give our children the very best they can.

Our school choir sang at Miss Carroll's wedding in 2017. We visited the beautiful Stanley St Andrew's Church to practise. We made Miss Carroll cry. We would just like to say, Miss Carroll, it is all about you.

Mrs Grundy is also Class 1's teacher, and she also leads on maths and PE, working alongside Mrs Richards. She works on a Thursday and a Friday, while Mrs Richards works Monday to Wednesday.

Miss Greener teaches Class 2 where we have our older Year 2s, and Years 3 and 4.  Miss Greener is our  lead for science, design technology and art.

Mrs Rhodes is our school business manager.  She is responsible for the day to day management of school finance so that Miss Marsland and the Governing Body are kept informed and up to date.  Mrs Rhodes is also our lead on first aid and health and safety.  She is our educational visits and school sports coordinator.
