Collecting children from school

Parents of Class 1 and 2 children when collecting children from school need to park in the car park of the Three Horseshoes public house across the road. Please ensure that cars are parked carefully, so that customers are able to access the pub, and deliveries are not hampered. We ask that Class 3 parents park at Church and walk up to school to collect their children. All other children will need to be collected from the small playground, and leave school through the school garden at the front of school.

Parents should not park in the small staff car park, or outside school at any time, unless making appropriate use of disability parking. Thank you for your understanding.

We ask that if your child is to be transported by school, or by another parent, for any reason, and they are under the legal height requirement, that you supply them with a booster seat when necessary. We will not be able to transport children without booster seats, if they are under the legal height required.

Parents must inform school if a different adult (including a friend's parent) is collecting in the evening - for safeguarding reasons, staff will not send a child home with a different adult unless informed.

Parking at the Three Horseshoes Pub:

 1. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15:15 for Class 1 and no earlier than 15:25 for Class 3.

2. Unless you are a customer, please do not park in the 6 middle bays which face the pub - it has been agreed that these are to be left for customers only.

3. When you collect your child, please leave the car park immediately- the staggered finish time between Class 1 and Class 2/3 will only work if parents leave straight away.

4. Please be courteous and respectful to customers and each other.

5.If a space is not available, please do not park outside of a space.

6. Only park in the accessible parking spaces if you are displaying a blue badge.
