We nurture a passion for learning through play, discovery, and creativity, and encourage every child to feel proud to be part of the Penguin Play community. Through these values, we aim to build a warm, trusting relationship with every family and help every child feel safe, supported, and confident to learn in their own unique way.

Opening Times, Meals and Fees:

Payments:

• Registration must be made on the Penguin Play online booking system.

• Childcare must be paid for at the time of booking via card or childcare vouchers.

Drop-off and Collection:

• Morning drop-off: Through the garden to the main front door.
• Evening collection:
  • Before 4.30pm – park at The Three Horseshoes Pub.
  • After 4.30pm – the school car park gate will be opened and collection is from the school side, car park door.
• If someone else is collecting your child, please inform Penguin Play staff in advance.
• Please ring the doorbell upon arrival.

Food:

All food is healthy and encourages child choice.

• Breakfast: 07:45 – 08:15
• Snack: 15.45 –16.15
• Snacks are provided for children attending school-run activities before entering club.

Activities:

A wide range of age-appropriate activities are available, including:

• Crafts: painting, gluing, chalks, etc.
• Games: Connect 4, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc.
• Small world play: dolls house, dinosaurs, cars
• Construction: Lego, Knex, train tracks
• Quiet time: reading and relaxation
• Outdoor games: balls, skipping, bats
• Homework time: staff are available to support
