Meet PCSO Helen Brown – Keeping Our Community Safe
We’re delighted to introduce PCSO 18314 Helen Brown, a valued member of the Safer Neighbourhood Team at Ilkeston, who is dedicated to supporting the Kirk Hallam and Ilkeston rural beat areas.
Helen brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously been the reassuring voice behind the scenes in the Force Control Room, where she answered emergency 999 and non-emergency 101 calls. Her calm and compassionate approach helped countless people during moments of need.
Now stepping out from behind the headset, Helen is excited to be working directly within our community. Her focus is on building relationships, resolving local issues, and helping keep our children and families safe—especially around our schools.
Helen is passionate about making a difference and is always happy to stop for a chat. So if you see her out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello!
